Yoga Om offers a number of Ashtanga courses for yoga beginners and those new to the Ashtanga sequence.
- Yoga Beginners 1 Courses are the perfect place to start for those with no previous yoga or Ashtanga yoga experience.
- Mysore Intensives work with beginners or those new to the Ashtanga sequence teaching the traditional self-practice style.
ATTENDING YOUR FIRST CLASS:
Simply choose the class time that you want to attend and plan to arrive 30 minutes early. We will have you fill out a registration form and get you set-up to take your first class! Please be sure to let the teacher know about any injuries or special physical circumstances.
Fill it out, print it & bring it with you to class. New students under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian sign their registration form.
We accept cash and cheque. You can make a payment via direct debit and pay pal as well.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear something you will be comfortable stretching and sweating in.
MATS & TOWELS:
Yoga Om is fully equipped studio and we have Yoga mats and blankets for you to use, free of charge. For hygiene purposes we do recommend students bring their own mats. In warmer weather, please bring a towel for a drier practice.
Hydrating after the practice, especially in warmer months is important, so keep a bottle of water in your bag.
