Yang yoga uses warming, dynamic, fluid sequences which target muscle and blood, while Yin yoga uses restful,
deep, rejuvenating postures which target connective tissue (ligaments, tendons & fascia).
Yang poses can be held for 2-30 seconds, while Yin poses are held for 2-10 minutes.
Yin/ Yang classes combine passive and active postures with breathing techniques and meditation, resulting in a deep,
integrated and satisfying practice.
Classes run for 90 mins. Bookings are not required.
