Current regulations affecting Yoga Om

From January 31st

  1. Masks to be worn in the studio - you can take it off vigorous exercise

  2. As per the mandates only fully vaccinated people in the studio

  3. If you feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone whos been infected, please stay home

  4. Please bring a towel (large) to all classes to cover the props.

    No towel no props

  5. Where possible, pls bring your own mat and props. We understand bolsters are very bulky, we ask you pls bring a towel to cover the studio bolsters when using them.

  6. Please book via Mindbody as we will be limiting the number of people in a class

As a Yoga Studio, this has been one of the hardest mandates to navigate. As we move forward, we are here to support you in every way we can, we ask for your kind support as well.

Please communicate and give us feedback so we can continue to navigate these times together as a community.

We will be offering online classes and a few outdoor classes as the weather permits. Please keep an eye out for updated schedule in the next couple of weeks.

Practicing from home

We suggest, creating a little space for yourself at home. Making a little altar with a few special things you have around the house. Have a mat, a blanket / towel, a block / books and a strap handy. Everyday, take some time to step onto your mat, even if its just 10 - 15 mins. It will help you ground and nurture your soul. We need the practice more than ever.

Your practice could be a seated practice or sun salutes. If you have time for a longer practice and would like to do Ashtanga, Vinyasa or a Yin practice, I’d be happy to send you Ashtanga sequence or a couple of Vinyasa or Yin sequences. Please email me.
